"This app should be named IP Cam Viewer Trial, as it allows you to see the functionality but it will display a fullscreen ad that will not go away until you dismiss it every 5 minutes or so, making it not suitable unless you plan on buying it. There is also another flashing/animated ad above the video stream, so again, this should only be used as a trial only."
